Hi! I’m Kayla, the founder of Sovereignty. Before diving in, I’d like to share my story.
Astrologically, Pluto in Aquarius speaks to collective shifts in how we relate, believe, and envision the future. My background in Sociology shapes the way I understand identity, belonging, and power—allowing me to approach hypnotherapy through a sovereignty-centred lens that is also grounded in social context. Over time, I’ve come to see how profoundly belief shapes perception, and how subtle shifts at this level can quietly transform the way life is experienced and lived.
