This work doesn’t stop at the end of a session. It is supported through the phases of integration. Change is allowed to unfold gradually, in relationship with safety, community and internal capacity.
Behaviour, beliefs and perceptions shift when there is space for them to be witnessed.
My Commitment.
is to walk beside you, not ahead of you or above you. I do not guide others into terrain I haven’t personally travelled. The practices I offer—somatic hypnosis, inner imagery, and intuitive insight—are rooted in my own lived experience and integration.

"Kayla gave me an axis mundi reading which showed me overarching blocks. The reading began quite structured but she did a great job of seeing where the cards landed and interpreting them in the way she felt called to, which felt a lot more personal than if she'd adhered strictly to a specific spread. Her reading was very detailed and I was offered lots of opportunities to ask for further clarities with the cards as well! I'm open-minded but not a mega spiritual person, and so I loved that she tailored the reading to link back to psychology and concepts that easier for me to relate to.
