All card readings and somatic hypnotherapy sessions are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, payment secures your appointment time. Appointments may be rescheduled, subject to availability, provided atleast 24 hours notice is given.

Consideration may be given based on individual circumstances, timing, and participation status. Approval of any refund or credit is at the sole discretion of the facilitator.
