At Sovereignty, each appointment is a dedicated space for your personal exploration, growth, and integration. Your booking reserves time and resources specifically for you.

To honour both your experience and the time dedicated to each offering, the following policies apply.

Conscious Creation Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable when cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the workshop are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future workshop.

If a workshop is cancelled by Sovereignty, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop.

Individual Sessions & Readings

This policy applies to Somatic Hypnotherapy, Hypno Coaching, Power of Stories Coaching, Akashic Record Readings, Tarot Readings, and other individual appointments.

All bookings are considered final, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms below and applicable consumer protection laws.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement appointment, except where required by law.

Prepaid Series & Multi-Session Bookings

This policy applies to the Sovereign Butterfly Series, Listening Shell Hypno Coaching Series, and other prepaid programmes.

When enrolling in a series, your payment reserves the appointments and resources allocated to your personalized journey.

Each scheduled appointment within the series is subject to the 24-hour rescheduling policy and 15-minute late arrival grace period.

Appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice will be considered used and will not automatically be replaced, refunded, or credited.

Remaining appointments within the series will continue as scheduled unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

If you wish to discontinue a prepaid series, please contact Sovereignty to discuss your remaining appointments. Any refund or credit for unused, unscheduled sessions will be assessed according to the terms of your purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Exceptional situations may be considered individually.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

If you arrive within this period, your appointment may still proceed but will end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit or rescheduling, except where required by law.

Appointments Cancelled by Sovereignty

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require Sovereignty to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, and your appointment will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient time, at no additional cost.

For prepaid series, any appointment cancelled by Sovereignty will remain available to you and will not be counted as a completed session.

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a refund for the affected appointment will be provided.

Agreement & Understanding

By completing a booking or enrolling in a series, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

These terms are intended to support a respectful, reliable, and mutually considerate experience.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
