Sovereignty Circles

Sovereignty Circles are non-refundable unless at least 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellation.

If a circle must be cancelled by the facilitator, you will be offered either a refund or credit toward a future circle.

Akashic Journey, Somatic Hypnotherapy, Sovereign Butterfly Series & Card Readings

All Akashic Journey sessions, Power of Stories Coaching Sessions, Somatic Hypnotherapy sessions, Sovereign Butterfly Series bookings, and Card Readings are non-refundable.

Your booking and payment reserve your appointment time specifically for you.

Appointments may be rescheduled, subject to availability, when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive within this period, your session may still proceed but will end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.

By completing a booking or enrolling in a series, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
