Step 2: Sovereign Somatic Hypnotherapy

This is a gentle style of hypnosis rooted in grounding and body awareness.

We begin by anchoring your attention into your breath and your physical sensations.

As your nervous system softens, I guide you into a calm, rhythmic state using:
