1:1 five-session nervous system reset designed for those experiencing chronic survival mode. Through somatic hypnotherapy, we focus on building internal safety, regulating the nervous system, and gently unwinding patterns of hyper-vigilance, overwhelm, and dissatisfaction. As the body learns that it is safe to settle, new space becomes available for creativity, intuition, authentic self-expression, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

Blending sociology, symbolism, and active listening, these sessions support deeper self-awareness, emotional processing, and the capacity to relate to yourself differently.
Chakra + aura reading and tarot cards are optional tools during the session.
