Whether you're recovering from burnout, navigating chronic stress, or experiencing trauma-related symptoms, you don't have to navigate these challenges alone.

Meet Kayla
The founder of Sovereignty, a clinical hypnotherapist and facilitator offering reflective and integrative work to support people through periods of change.
I hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, which inform how I understand the relationship between our experiences, beliefs, and choices.
I centre my work on restoring connection with the body, strengthening personal agency, and cultivating resilience. Through my practice, I create a supportive space for exploration, reflection, and reconnection with the resources we already carry. My intention is to support meaningful change in ways that feel safe, approachable, and sovereign.
