See You In Circle
Welcome to Sovereignty!
The Winter Solstice marks a turning point in the year — the longest night, a time of reflection, integration, and quiet renewal.
We gather at this seasonal threshold to slow down, listen, and honour the journey of the last six months.
Each circle is a grounded space to:
– reflect on what has unfolded
– gather the wisdom of the season
– and connect with what is ready to emerge
This space is held with a clear intention:
to return to yourself within community
without giving your energy away in the process
We begin by creating a shared altar and lighting our candles, taking time to acknowledge where we have been and what we are carrying forward.
We then move into a sharing circle, where each person is invited to express what feels true—without pressure to give, hold, or take on more than is theirs.
The focus is on staying with your own experience,
while being witnessed in a group setting.
The session closes with a guided meditation journey designed to support reflection, integration, and intention-setting for the season ahead.
This is a small, intentionally held space, allowing for presence, clarity, and enough room for each person to move through their own process.
Please bring:
– a candle
– a journal and pen
– an item for the altar that represents your journey, a lesson, or an intention for the season ahead
In this space:
– you don't need to over-extend to connect
– your energy stays with you
– and what shifts, shifts cleanly
Meet Kayla
A clinical hypnotherapist and facilitator offering reflective and integrative work that supports people through periods of change. I hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, which shape my approach to working with insight, belief, and choice.
My work is centred on restoring a connection to the body, personal agency, and building resilience—creating space for change to unfold in ways that feel approachable, safe and sovereign.
