Somatic Hypnotherapy & Sharing Circles in Tākaka, Golden Bay

I offer somatic hypnotherapy sessions and sharing circles in Tākaka, Golden Bay, New Zealand. I work with people who struggle with emotional overwhelm, relational instability, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Through somatic hypnotherapy and attachment repatterning, we build the capacity to stay embodied and reorganize patterns from the inside out.

We live in times of rapid change, heightened tension, and shifting inner landscapes. What most people need isn’t just tools — it’s real inner resilience.

The sessions below are designed to help you re-establish deep relationship with your body, your intuition, and your capacity to connect with others safely and authentically.

This is work where symbol meets self — supporting personal sovereignty and making change feel accessible, embodied, and safe.

April 18 @

11:00am

New moons support:
beginning, re-orientation, and creation.

Full moons support:
release, completion, and integration.

Eclipses are held as hinge moments —
times of transition, re-patterning, and deeper internal change.
Fortnightly Moon Circles · Takaka

We meet at key moments of the moon —
new moons, full moons, and eclipse thresholds — to slow down, listen, and consciously name what is shifting.

Each circle is a gentle, grounded space to:

– reflect on what is completing
– notice what is beginning
– and bring awareness to the inner thresholds you may be crossing
We begin with a cacao ceremony, creating space for internal intention-setting and personal reflection.
We then move into a sharing circle, where intentions are expressed and held through active listening.
The session closes with a guided meditation journey designed to help integrate and set those intentions into motion.
After each circle, you will receive the Sovereign Integration Toolkit by email to support the phases of integration that may arise.
