Somatic Hypnotherapy & Sharing Circles in Tākaka, Golden Bay

I offer somatic hypnotherapy sessions, sharing circles, Akashic tarot readings, and reflective coaching in Golden Bay, New Zealand. My work supports people navigating relational instability, creative blocks, or disconnection from themselves.

Through somatic hypnotherapy, symbolic reflection, and integration support, we work with the nervous system to reorganize patterns from the inside out.

We live in times of rapid change, heightened tension, and shifting inner landscapes. What most people need isn’t just tools — it’s real inner resilience.

The sessions below are designed to help you re-establish deep relationship with your body, your intuition, and your capacity to connect with others safely and authentically.

This is work where symbol meets self — supporting personal sovereignty and making change feel accessible, embodied, and safe.

Axis Mundi

$30

By accessing the Akashic Records, deeper layers of the self are gently brought into awareness. Through this process, karmic patterns can be clarified, latent gifts illuminated, and future potentials explored—offering insight that anchors you more fully in the present moment.

Sessions draw on the Axis Mundi card spread, a symbolic framework that centers the reading around your inner axis, revealing what is ready to be integrated now.

Weave Your Path

$40

Through an unconventional approach; depth, directional arrows, and reinforcing loops are used to allow the cards to speak for themselves. Each Akashic Record tarot reading is unique, offering a symbolic map that reflects your current alignment and the pathways available to you now.

Sovereignty Circles - Bayyoga Studio

June 13 @

11:00am

New moons support:
beginning, re-orientation, and creation.

Full moons support:
release, completion, and integration.

Eclipses are held as hinge moments —
times of transition, re-patterning, and deeper internal change.
Fortnightly Moon Circles · Tākaka

We meet at key moments of the moon —
new moons, full moons, and eclipse thresholds — to slow down, listen, and consciously name what is shifting.

Each circle is a grounded space to:

– reflect on what is completing
– consciously create
– and come back into self

—

This space is held with a clear intention:

to return to yourself within community

—

We begin with a cacao ceremony, creating space for internal reflection and intention-setting.

We then move into a sharing circle, where each person is invited to express what feels true—without pressure to give, hold, or take on more than is theirs.

The focus is on staying with your own experience,
while being witnessed in a group setting.

—

The session closes with a guided meditation journey designed to support integration and bring those intentions into motion.

After each circle, you will receive the Sovereign Integration Infographic by email to support the phases of integration that may arise.

—

This is a space where:

– you don’t need to over-extend to connect
– your energy stays with you
– and what is shared comes from a resourced place
